Shannon is a certified Reiki Master in the Usui/Tibetan system of energy healing. She is also an Advanced Crystal Practitioner certified by the IPHM accreditation, as well as a Certified Sound Healer.

   Before opening Soul Sisters Reiki and Rocks, Shannon worked as a Senior Paramedic for Guilford County EMS. Over her 18 year career, she has been awarded several honors and awards including over 40 successful CPR saves, a Directors award, and a Merit of Honor Award. Shannon is also an ordained minister and has an associate degree in Health and Human Services.
