One hour of Reiki with Lights

Service Description

This session includes one hour of Reiki while under the chakra aligning lights. During this session you will lay on a jade and tourmaline infrared therapy heat mat. The crystal mat helps to eliminate tension, relax your body and also helps to promote better sleep. While enjoying a reiki session under the lights you will also listen to binaural music that will also help to promote a deeper state of relaxation.
